Monterro divests a minority stake in Lime Technologies
Monterro 1 AB (”Monterro”) broadens the shareholder base in Lime Technologies AB (former Lundalogik) by divesting a minority stake to Swedbank Robur Microcap and Grenspecialisten.
– Lime Technologies has a high share of recurring revenues and a strong company culture. This provides a solid foundation for continued expansion in a world where software becomes more important. During recent years, Sweden has become a strong region developing successful software companies, and we hope our investment will contribute to strengthen a local SaaS cluster, where prominent entrepreneurs chose to build global software companies from a Swedish base, says Carl Armfelt and Erik Sprinchorn, Managers Swedbank Robur.
